HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST?
Prices for 2018 to be published soon: For guidance these were the prices for 2017
Friday: £12.50 per person (£16 with return bus travel) - From 15th June tickets will be £15
Saturday: £17.50 per person (£21 with return bus travel) - From 16th June tickets will be £20
Weekend: £27 per person (£34 with return bus travel)
WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL OPENING TIMES? (TBC)
Friday - gates open at 4pm until 11pm
Saturday - gates open at 1.30pm until 11pm
IS THERE A CASH MACHINE AT THE FESTIVAL?
There are no cash machines at the festival and we are unable to take card payments. Please come prepared and ensure you have enough cash with you to buy your drinks tokens and food for the day.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAPER COPY OF MY E-TICKET?
No. You can either print your e-ticket or show the ticket to a steward on your mobile device.
I'M COMING WITH A GROUP, BUT HAVE ONE TICKET FOR EVERYONE. WHAT DO I DO?
If you've purchased a group ticket, you will have one barcode and booking reference for the entire group. You can either arrange to meet your group at the entrance and come in together, or forward a copy of the group ticket to each member of the group to use.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
We're hoping for a scorcher, but this is England, so no guarantees. The festival will go ahead, whatever the weather. If it's looking like it might pour down, we will provide marquees and use the barns at the farm for cover. Top tip: if it's rainy, wear wellies and waterproofs.
WHAT DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE?
We will be serving a variety of brilliant beers, ciders, wine, Pimms and Prosecco. Soft drinks will also be available and free drinking water is available too. Drinks can only be purchased using tokens and you need to purchase these tokens on arrival at the festival. No cash is taken at the bars. As a guide...

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINK TO THE FESTIVAL?
Nope. Food, alcohol and bottled liquids of any kind (including perfume and water) are not allowed into the festival (and will be confiscated by a member of the security team). Free drinking water is provided and a variety of food is available to suit varying budgets and diets, including vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten intolerance.
CAN I BRING A CHAIR WITH ME?
You're welcome to bring foldable chairs and picnic blankets to the festival. Please do not bring any sharp or other potentially dangerous objects.
DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
The festival is accessible for everyone. There are no steps, some slopes and most of the site is level, consisting of a mix of crushed stone, tarmac and grass. A disabled toilet is available – please ask at the Drinks Token desk for access to this.
I'VE LOST SOMETHING AT THE FESTIVAL, WHAT DO I DO?
If you lose something at the festival, please ask at the Drinks Token desk in the first instance as it may have been handed in. After the festival, you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01803 520022 (lines open Monday - Friday, 9am until 4:30pm).
IS THERE ANY CAMPING AVAILABLE?
There are no camping facilities on site, but there are some local campsites and holiday parks available nearby. Check out our Where to stay page for more information.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is no car parking available at the festival. A bus service from Torquay and Paignton will be operating and you're welcome to get a friend or family member to drop you at the designated drop off point. Find out more on our Getting Here page.
CAN I LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND COME BACK IN?
Anyone wishing to leave the festival temporarily will be given a stamp at the exit. No entry or re-entry to site will be permitted after 10.30pm.
